How KitPass Works

Every community gets their own branded URL

[yourclub].kitpass.club

1

Request your community on KitPass

Any parent or guardian, club or school official, or member can request a private, branded space for their club or school. Once approved, they receive an access code to share with members. Up and running in no time.

2

Parents list what their kids have outgrown

Parents can list anything their kids no longer need — boots, balls, uniforms, books — and it's live on KitPass in seconds. Listings are only visible to members of the same KitPass community. It's a closed network.

3

Parents pass and receive with ease

Found something your kid needs? Message directly through KitPass — personal details stay private until you choose to share. Ready to hand over something you've listed? Arrange pickup at training, at school, wherever works. It could not be easier.

Why KitPass exists

KitPass exists because passing on perfectly good kit that your child has outgrown should be easy. The cost of keeping kids in sports and school is already high enough — families shouldn't have to buy new when perfectly good gear is sitting in someone else's closet.

Parents already do this — swapping boots at training, handing down school gear via WhatsApp groups. KitPass just makes it simple, private, and available to every community. Better for your wallet. Better for the planet. Better for the kids who just want to play.
